Personalised care 

We have 3 Wellbeing Activity Coordinators at Green Pastures who are passionate about providing individual care personalised to the needs of the residents. They consider the physical, social and spiritual requirements of each person. 

Both activity coordinators are experienced and are very motivated to provide the correct level of activity provision, to achieve the best possible quality of life for each resident at Green Pastures. The focus is on individual need, interest and life experiences, rather than providing entertainment to occupy residents, which is often not appropriate for their stage of care, or is of no interest to them.

An active social life helps to improve a resident’s mental health as well as giving them a sense of belonging.
